Reports & Statistics

Multilizer application contains several reports and statistics for project, Translation Memory and translation validation. They can be used to see how the project process and evaluate how much resources are required. For example project manager can easily see how many words in overall the project contains. Or translator can see how many percentages of the translations are ready.

Project Statistics

Project online statistics can be displayed by clicking the "Statistics" tab at the bottom of the Multilizer application. Statistics are shown for selected node at the targets tree view and for selected row in translation grid. The statistics window contains information for four groups:

Native	Selected node native column statistics.
Language	Selected node edited language column statistics.
Others	Selected node row status statistics.
Selected row	Selected row statistics (from the translation grid).

Project Report

Project report is a more detailed XML file showing statistics of the project current status. Project report includes project summary, translation statuses in word and string counts, translation statuses in percentages and detailed reports per project target and language. Project report can be created by selecting [File | Project Report...] from Multilizer main menu.

Translation Memory Report

Translation Memory report is a XML file showing detailed statistics of the Translation Memory users, documents and languages. Translation Memory report can be created by selecting [Tools | Translation Memories... | Maintenance | Statistics] from Multilizer main menu.

Validation Report

With Multilizer you can create a report for project validations. Report includes statistics how many validations failed per each project target or validation rule. Validation report can be created by selecting [Project | Validation Options... | Report | Generate report] from Multilizer main menu.
